These terms govern your use of the AlifBay Turfs booking website, operated by AlifBay Turfs. By creating an account or booking a slot, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

• Slots can be booked up to 14 days in advance, subject to availability.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact details so we can reach you about your booking.
• Please arrive on time — late arrival may reduce your play time without a refund.

Conduct

• Follow venue staff instructions and posted facility rules at all times.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or end a session for unsafe, abusive, or damaging behavior, without refund.
• You are responsible for any damage caused to the facility or equipment during your booked slot.

Liability

Sporting activities carry inherent risk of injury. By booking a slot, you acknowledge this risk and agree to use the facility at your own risk. AlifBay Turfs is not liable for injuries except where caused by our gross negligence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
