Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel a confirmed booking from your My Bookings page up to 6 hours before your slot's start time.

Cancellations made within this window are refunded 100% of the amount paid. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations requested after the cutoff, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

Venue-initiated cancellations

If we need to cancel your booking (e.g. weather, maintenance, or an unforeseen closure), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule, at no cost to you.

Payment issues

If a payment is deducted but your booking does not show as confirmed within a few minutes, please contact us with your payment reference before attempting to book/pay again.
