- Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles this in accordance with its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS standards. We retain the payment ID, order ID, and amount for booking records and refunds.
- Usage data: basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via standard web server logs.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your bookings and account.
- To process payments and refunds.
- To send booking confirmations and important updates (e.g. slot changes, cancellations).

Sharing your information
We share booking and payment details with Razorpay solely to process payments. We share data with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, to operate this website. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data retention
We retain booking records for as long as needed for accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes. You can request deletion of your account by contacting support@alifbay.in, subject to our obligation to retain transaction records where required by law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@alifbay.in. You may also sign in and manage your bookings directly from your account.
